If a venue rental seems too big for your birthday party plans, we allow Do It Yourself Parties and special events at Morgan’s Wonderland.
Yes, you can bring decorations. We ask that you please not pin, tape, staple, or mount any items on the walls that could cause any damage. Balloon weights are encouraged that can be placed on ground or on tables. To ensure focus on our sensory sensitive guests, we ask that you please do not pop or deflate balloons within the park. This sound could be overstimulating to some guests and want to ensure an inclusive environment for all.
We ask that you please refrain from bringing the below list of decorations
– Confetti and/or Glitter
– Pinatas (unless used as table décor)
– Silly String, Bubbles, Party Sprays (aerosol or any other flammable hazard)
– Noise Makers (horns, whistles, or clappers)
– Confetti Cannons/Guns (including any powder/dye based products)
– Water Guns
– Sparklers, Relight Candles, Trick/explosive Candles and/or props (Small birthday candles are allowed)
– Sticky toys
You can arrive up to 30 mins prior to your reservation time for setup and any decorating you would like to do prior to your guests arriving. For example, if your reservation time is 12:00pm, you will be able to enter the park as early as 11:30am. This entry should be limited to only the main point of contact and up to 5 others to decorate and setup the party area.
Each venue is limited to a max number of attendees based on room size and room capacity. Room capacity may be limited further due to any additional tables that are set for food, cake, beverages, etc.

Yes, additional presents can be purchased online during your reservation setup for a $25 fee.
A Guest Services representative will contact you after a reservation has been completed to confirm additional details including how to purchase additional tickets. During the online reservation you are able to purchased up to 50 admission tickets. Based on your venue
reservation, you may be limited to a set number of allowed guests to ensure the safety of all guests attending your event.

We ask that you please only bring any desserts or treats you would like to provide your guests. Food is included in the cost of the reservation and price cannot be adjusted. Dietary restricted foods will be allowed, a Guest Services representative will contact you to cover additional details.
Pricing for food is based on number of servings and not direct costs of food. Up to 10 to go food containers will be provided for leftover food. Any remaining food will be taken by your Dedicated Party Host to be discarded. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and avoid
any food related illness due to improper holding methods. If the amount of food remaining is excessive, our Catering Supervisor will discuss additional details.
No, Morgan’s Wonderland will not hold any cake, dessert, treat, or food item in a cooler, freezer, or dry area for any guest(s). This is to ensure the safety of your food, ensure proper practice of food holding procedures, and avoid any loss of product. For outdoor venue reservations, we ask that you keep in mind the ambient temperature during the warmer months of the year.
If you prefer not to utilize the food included with your reservation, please note that pricing adjustments are not available for the removal of provided menu items. Outside food and beverages are not permitted as a substitute for park-provided catering; however, guests are welcome to bring desserts, treats, or a birthday cake for their celebration. Menu changes or substitutions may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, provided requests are submitted within the designated modification timeframe (no less than 10 days prior to event date).
Our dedicated Team Member will be your extra hands during your event. They will help with cleaning tables during and after celebration, restocking food chafers based on reservation servings, assist with clean up at end of event, and more. Your host will ensure your event
has what is needed and for any additional purchases they will assist with payment and having product(s) brought directly to your venue.
No, at this time we ask that outside entertainment not be scheduled for your event.
Cancellations must be requested at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event date. Reservations canceled within ten (10) days of the event are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Rescheduling requests within this timeframe may be considered based on
availability.
Any unused tickets will not be refunded or returned. We are unable to adjust per ticket dates for later use.
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling must be requested prior to the scheduled event date and time to be considered for a reschedule. Once guests have entered the park, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for any unused tickets or experiences due to weather conditions. All weather-related requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and operational discretion.
We do not make announcements in park to gather party guests. Announcements are reserved for operational updates and emergencies.
No, you do not need to bring any food serving materials unless desired due to theming or preference. We provide all plates, utensils, napkins, cups, etc. needed for celebration.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate reservation extensions. We are actively reviewing and improving our processes to allow for additional time in the future. Once this option becomes available, it will be communicated and posted on our website.
