YES, for FREE! You’re welcome to bring your own food into Morgan’s Wonderland — but you don’t have to! We have plenty of delicious options available on-site.

If you bring food that requires a cooler, please make sure it follows our Cooler Guidelines:

• Size Limit: Coolers must not exceed 24″ L x 15″ W x 18″ H.
• Inspection: All ice chests, coolers, and picnic supplies will be checked upon entry for safety.
• Allowed Uses: Coolers are allowed for personal use (snacks and beverages) and medical purposes. Medical coolers that do not fit must be stored in lockers.
• No Alcohol or Glass: Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited.
• Ice Policy: Loose ice is not allowed; reusable ice packs are recommended.
• Valuables: Please do not store valuables or irreplaceable items in coolers.

Project Angel Fares serves to provide families who have a child with a disability or special need the opportunity to visit and enjoy the “Ultra-Accessible” theme parks of Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island located in San Antonio, Texas. These families that would otherwise not be able to afford such a trip are provided with a 4 day, 3 night trip of a lifetime, with all travel expenses paid. We invite you to join us on our journey to give a child an experience of a lifetime!

Project Angel Fares is a 501c3 nonprofit created in 2012. We do provide (1) one power scooter, and (2) two wheelchairs. If this will suffice all you will need to show is a valid ID in order to use the scooter/cruiser; if not already in use. We cannot guarantee that either of these chairs will be available during the time of your visit, as these chairs are leased on a first come first serve basis. Also, these chairs have a weight limit of 350 pounds.

Yes, we have strollers available for rent. Stoller can be rented all day for $12 at Flutterby Stroller Rental, located near Jette’s Wonder Bikes.

Lockers are available at Morgan’s Inspiration Island for $5 for individuals and free for individuals with special needs. You can rent your locker at our Surf Shack at the entrance to Morgan’s Inspiration Island. Lockers are only available when Morgan’s Inspiration Island is open.

Morgan’s Wonderland offers “dry” attractions such as our Carousel, our Whirling Wonder Ferris Wheel, our Wonderland Express train, and (much) more, while Morgan’s Inspiration Island is composed of five splash pads. Our map gives a great visual, which you can find here.

As far as entry we offer 2 parks, Morgan’s Wonderland, and Morgan’s Inspiration Island, and two types of admission:

1. Morgan’s Wonderland
2. Dual admission – both Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island.

Keep in mind that everything is included in your admission price (including parking) except for food and merchandise/lockers, and cabanas. Also, know that the majority of our playgrounds are shaded, and we offer two venues (Sensory Village, and Event Center) that are equipped with A/C.

When you are in search of outside transportation, feel free to reach out to Mobility Works to assist you with your traveling needs. They provide wheelchair van rentals upon request. If you are a current client with VIAtrans feel free to schedule your trip by reserving your transportation online at VIAinfo.net/VOS. If you use paratransit in your city, and would like to utilize temporary transportation, please call The Accessibility Department at 210-362-2140. They will be able to assist you in transferring your transportation needs. Other accessible transportation options are to call Yellow Cab of San Antonio at 210-222-2222.

Shirts, shoes, and shorts are required when inside of Morgan’s Wonderland. You may change into your swim wear when you enter Morgan’s Inspiration Island. Changing rooms are located at the entrance of the splash park for your convenience.

To provide a fun, clean and beautiful environment free of physical and economic barriers that all individuals – regardless of age, special need, or disability – can come to and enjoy.

Morgan’s Wonderland has a single location in San Antonio, Texas. We are located right off of I-35 and Wurzbach Parkway at 5223 David Edwards Drive, San Antonio, TX 78233.

This unique park was created to enable everyone to come together and have fun, regardless of their abilities. While Morgan’s Wonderland is for people of all ages, it’s ideal for kids ages 2-12. And the park was designed to help individuals with special needs have fun like those without limitations.

We are committed to helping you find workable solutions to your needs, so please contact us if you need further assistance.

Morgan’s Wonderland welcomes our friends with special needs! We offer many unique features such as Braille signage, a 3-D park model, and a service-animal rest area to make the park fun and accessible to our friends who have hearing loss and visual impairments. We also cover all costs associated with the use of Aira, a downloadable app that enables our guests to make a real-time in-person video call with a person to help navigate or translate via ASL.

On general park operation days, we do not allow vendors in the park. There are select events throughout the year in which we invite like-minded organizations and companies to set up in the park. If you would like to be notified of these events, please fill out this form.
