Whirling Wonder™
See the Park from New Heights!
Our colorful Ferris Wheel, Whirling Wonder, takes you up high for a panoramic view of Morgan’s Wonderland and Morgan’s Inspiration Island. Next to the Starlight Amphitheater on the shoreline of our 8-acre lake, Whirling Wonder is five and a half stories tall and clearly visible from IH-35, a half-mile away.
Created For All Ages and Abilities
The 46-foot in diameter was created by internationally renowned ride-manufacturing company Zamperla who built the ride for guests of all ages and abilities to enjoy. Complete with 12 gondolas that can accommodate wheelchairs, children, and adults.
My twin sister and I loved Morgan's Wonderland! She got to participate in all the rides and the staff there were amazingly friendly as well! We will definitely be going there more often. Our favorite ride was the ferris wheel!

Did you know?
We added the Whirling Wonder to Morgan’s Wonderland 6 years after our grand opening. At the time, it was an 11-year-old ferris wheel that we renovated to be the colorful icon it is today. It even has an accessible gondola created for everyone to enjoy. Usually, ferris wheels are built above ground, and individuals in wheelchairs have to access the ride from a separate entrance. Not here! The Whirling Wonder was strategically placed to allow guests of all abilities to get on and off at the same location!
